Thrust - A New Technology Approach to Utility Plant Development

An e-mail from the evaluator of the THRUST concept dated July 30, 2001 in part states;

"Your proposal for the THRUST concept will operate. There is some engineering needed to get the optimum diameter (for proper power frequency, g-loads on the engines, stresses, etc), the design of the thrust deflector plates, the actual heat exchanger design, actual inlet ducting design.etc"

This statement emerged following a six month evaluation by NASA.
